Over $75 million in grant funding for rural Georgia counties!!

For the past decade, Norris Consulting Group has been fortunate to be able to work for clients located in some of Georgia’s most economically deprived rural counties. We have helped clients prepare over 173 successfully funded grant proposals totaling over $75 million. Although we have been fortunate to work for a variety of local, state and national public and non-profit organizations, we have spent the majority of our time working for 43 rural grassroots community collaboratives (covering 45 counties). These 43 collaboratives account for 147 of these successfully funded grant proposals totaling over $50 million.

We assist with a wide range of planning and resource development issues that include: strategic planning, project design and management, needs assessment, program/project evaluations, grants management, meeting planning/facilitation and community awareness/public relations.

Our mission is to provide innovative, customer oriented, cost effective, timely and accurate work products for our clients.

Our clients are the most important aspect of our business. Without them we would not be where we are today.
