Over $153 Million in Grant Funding Awarded!!!!
Upcoming Grant Writing Workshop
November 5, 2019
Warner Robins, Georgia
During the past several years, Norris Consulting Group has assisted clients in preparing over 300 successfully funded grant proposals totaling over $153 million. The majority of these grantees have attended our grant writing workshops prior to writing their successfully funded grant applications. In fact, we have conducted local, state and national resource development and grant writing seminars which have trained over 5,000 individuals throughout the country.
This grant funding has empowered our clients to provide a variety of education, health, social service and juvenile delinquency programs and activities. Specific examples include: school-based health centers; school nursing services; school-based mental health services; child health networks; afterschool programs; family literacy initiatives; juvenile delinquency and violence prevention programs; youth development initiatives; school and community-based substance abuse prevention initiatives; mentoring initiatives; HIV/AIDS services; teen pregnancy prevention activities; dental health outreach initiatives; family support and case management activities; employer wellness initiatives; county and statewide health outreach initiatives; statewide health and screening programs; and integrated healthcare computer (technology) infrastructure systems. Funding opportunities are becoming increasingly competitive. As budgets tighten and community needs become greater, more organizations depend upon outside funding.
Our one day seminar will empower attendees to develop highly competitive grant proposals and know how to find potential funding opportunities. This participatory and "hands on" interactive workshop has been designed to provide participants with realistic and effective guidance. Workshop attendees will develop a generic grant proposal template that will enable your organization to respond quickly, with minimal time expended, to potential funding opportunities.
